We’re looking for a passionate Area Sales Coordinator to support multiple properties in the Fairfield Inn, Zion|Spring Hill, Bryce UT region. Role Summary:
The Area Sales Coordinator supports the Area and Property Sales Managers with client communications, group bookings, and sales administration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence
- Coordinate group and meeting room bookings
- Support sales reporting, CRM updates, and marketing efforts
- Help with property tours, events, and social media coordination
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining strong organization and follow-up
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed
